Just an oil change and tire rotation, first one with this truck. Purchased last May, Silverado 2500 High Country with now 57K miles, nice truck so far. Been having my trucks at Victory since 2006 when I bought a 06’ Duramax. Service has always been good…

I came in looking for a vehicle for my wife right away I was welcomed by Jose, Victor and staff there. I knew what I was looking for and they had what I needed. My experience with victory chevrolet was great. The buying process was easy and I felt welcome and all my questions were answered.

The check in process is too long. I had an appointment, and had to wait for 2 people ahead of me. And two service people had no one there, but they wouldn’t check me in because I had an assigned service person who was busy.This is not good customer service.

No attempt to help with the price of the items, even though there’s a recall for the condenser on the air-conditioning unit for my truck that was expanded to 10 years. My truck was returned to me, filthy with looked like somebody was offloading in the mud or got stuck was not returned to me in the same condition that I left my truck work took a whole extra day. I was not called when they knew the truck wouldn’t be done. I had to call at the end of the day to find out that I had to make plans for the next day. I would not have my vehicle bought that truck in a Camaro from you guys and continue to get my work done at this dealership I’m very disappointed with the experience I had.

Had an issue with the Infotainment system, service advisor said it was resolved, it was not. He took the freshly detailed truck for a test run, and returned it to us muddy.

Fernando was extremely helpful from when I had called to see if I can get my car towed to the dealership. Once I got there he attended to me right away. He communicated very well throughout the entire process of my car from diagnostics to work needing a o be completed, to pick up and walk through.

I recently had my Tahoe serviced at Victory Dealership Group , which unfortunately needed a full transmission replacement along with a few other repairs. Thankfully, I have a service contract, but since I don’t know much about cars, I was the one responsible for handling everything and making sure the job got done. Fernando, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything in detail so I could understand what was happening with my vehicle. I truly appreciated his attentiveness and how responsive he was. Anytime there was an update or a question, he made sure to call me, and whenever I reached out, he always returned my calls. The work was also completed sooner than the timeframe we were originally given, which I really appreciated. I also want to thank the team in the back who worked on my car. I had the chance to meet a few of them, including the dispatcher Benjamin, who was very friendly, helpful, and attentive as well. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Victory Dealership Group and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

Weird noises from my left rear wheel and spongey brakes brought me in for an unscheduled visit. Bryan was personable and professional as he explained my options, new master cylinder and pads and rotors all around. As always, Dennis and (pardon me, but I don’t know her name) the cashier made picking up my car and paying for it about as enjoyable as it can be.

My experience was great. Bryan Elrod was my service consultant. He assisted me as soon as I arrived, was thorough in his explanations of services offered, but didn't push me. He called me when my car was ready to be picked up. It was a very smooth experience.

Our 10 K service was scheduled easily. We chose to wait for the service to be completed. It was completed in less than an hour and a half. This was our second service that was handled so well. The staff was very courteous and and helpful. They really seem to appreciate us choosing Victory to purchase and maintain our Tahoe. A very pleasant experience.

For the second time I take my truck in for a diagnostic and come with zero information. They can't seem to figure out problems with their own trucks. As I drive off the lot my truck now has a check engine light on that it did not before. So something was tampered with . Then to top it off my truck is now pulling or has a weird movement in the motor or transmission. Won't be returning at all.

Car in shop nearly 3 months. For some reason power inverter module was unavailable across country. Victory searched attempted to find one. Somehow it took this long. Not Victory ‘s fault, but part did arrive somehow, and Victory needs to know how GM. finally found a way to get the part. Also, Bictory, unlike neighboring Chev dealer, did not provide loaner.

Get service from Dennis. Always appreciate his assistance and professionalism

Service was great but sneaking in the tire rotation when I didn’t ask for it. I was under impression oil change and rotation was one price. But the rotation is an extra 50 and not needed.

Told me what is necessary next time. Handled me well.
