My experience with victory chevrolet was great. The buying process was easy and I felt welcome and all my questions were answered.

I came in looking for a vehicle for my wife right away I was welcomed by Jose, Victor and staff there. I knew what I was looking for and they had what I needed. The check in process is too long. I had an appointment, and had to wait for 2 people ahead of me. And two service people had no one there, but they wouldn’t check me in because I had an assigned service person who was busy.This is not good customer service.

Our 10 K service was scheduled easily. We chose to wait for the service to be completed. It was completed in less than an hour and a half. This was our second service that was handled so well. The staff was very courteous and and helpful. They really seem to appreciate us choosing Victory to purchase and maintain our Tahoe. A very pleasant experience.

The dealership came to me, every thing was first rate. Ben called,you had the vehicle I wanted,at the price I wanted,Ben brought the vehicle to my house,we went to the bank,got the check, and the Ben guide me through setting up the OnStar and the vehicle.

Car in shop nearly 3 months. For some reason power inverter module was unavailable across country. Victory searched attempted to find one. Somehow it took this long. Not Victory ‘s fault, but part did arrive somehow, and Victory needs to know how GM. finally found a way to get the part. Also, Bictory, unlike neighboring Chev dealer, did not provide loaner.

Dennis had great correspondence with me and kept his word, job was done as promised.

Weird noises from my left rear wheel and spongey brakes brought me in for an unscheduled visit. Bryan was personable and professional as he explained my options, new master cylinder and pads and rotors all around. As always, Dennis and (pardon me, but I don’t know her name) the cashier made picking up my car and paying for it about as enjoyable as it can be.

Fernando, the customer service rep who attended to my needs is an excellent customer service professional - very efficient, patient and considerate. He attended to me as soon as he could in a courteous manner, answered all my questions and even called me the following day when my Chevy Bolt EV was ready for pick-up. Chevy Victory in Petaluma is an excellent dealership which provides great customer service!

I bring my Silverado in for service knowing that it will be taken care of. There is no "up-sales" pressure, just what I ask for and what the truck actually needs. Fernando in the service department is amazing! He takes care of me and gets me back on the road!
